As we come together, take a moment to center yourself. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in for four counts, then release it for six counts. Let the day's worries and any tension slip away as you breathe out. Feel yourself becoming present and ready to receive the insights and guidance shared today.

We begin, as always, with our gratitude and “proud of” reflections. I am deeply grateful for the incredible network of support that surrounds my father, demonstrating the power of community and love. I am proud of the deeper understanding I gain each time I share this work, reinforcing my own growth and allowing me to lead with authenticity and depth. Now, pause for a moment and write down one thing you are grateful for and one thing you are proud of today.

As we explore this final chapter, hold onto the awareness that you are more than just a physical being living a finite life—you are a creator capable of manifesting infinite possibilities. Embrace the fullness of your power and potential as we move forward.
